When enquiring many people ask if there are any nice pubs within easy walking distance of Langcliffe Park? We’re delighted to say there are 8 plus Langcliffe Park is a great touring base to explore the Yorkshire Dales.

We’ll start with Giggleswick a very picturesque village adjoining Settle and here you’ll find the Harts Head Hotel, Black Horse Inn and The Craven Arms.

The Harts Head is very noticeable on the main thoroughfare through the village and has a great sun terrace at the rear with fabulous views and serves homemade food and cask ale.

The Black Horse Inn was sensitively restored in 2022 and is full of charm and character. Enjoy very sociable and tasty dining beside either of the two wood burning stoves or a very scenic patio area.

A short walk towards Giggleswick Railway Station is The Craven Arms. Here you can enjoy a family friendly atmosphere with locally sourced traditional and contemporary food plus a great choice of real ales.

On the other side of the River Ribble is the historic market town of Settle where the remaining five are located. The Royal Oak, Baileys Bar and Grill, The Golden Lion, Talbot Arms and Millers@Bar13.

If you prefer micro bars call in at Millers@Bar13 which serves hand pulled ales, wines and spirits. You’ll find local brands alongside the more well known ones plus a few extra special offerings.
