When can we stay in our Holiday Home?
There is a 10.5 month season from 1st March to 14th January.
Can I live in my Holiday Home all the time?
No, it is for recreational use only and cannot be your main residence. You can stay for up to 60 days in any three month period.
Who can use our Holiday Home?
Subletting is not permitted, however family members can use it with your permission. Please notify the office in advance.
What is your policy on pets?
You can have 1 or 2 dogs in your Holiday Home, please follow the behaviour guidelines.
What are the ongoing costs of living in the Holiday Home?
There are annual pitch fees payable. Electricity & Gas are dependent on usage. You will also have to insure your Holiday Home and you should consider budgeting for winterising your holiday home and any ongoing repairs and maintenance.
How much will the annual pitch fees increase by?
Pitch fees are reviewed annually. Historically these increases have been between 3% and 4.5% per annum.
How many years can my Holiday Home remain on the park?
A new Holiday Home can remain on the park for up to 20 years from manufacture.
What is the situation with parking?
One car can be parked at your Holiday Home. Additional cars can be parked in a car park near the office.
Can we have visitors to our Holiday Home?
Of course, but they must register with us in the office for security purposes and in case of emergencies.
Is there WiFi on the Park
Yes, WiFi is complimentary.
Will we be asked to sign a Licence Agreement.
Yes. This document clarifies what our responsibilities are, and what you responsibilities are. Read it carefully and make sure you're happy before signing. Please just ask us if you have any questions.
Do I get a warranty with my Holiday Home?
Yes, all holiday homes are sold with a manufacturers warranty.
How do I pay for the Holiday Home?
You can pay in full by bank transfer or via cheque. Alternatively you can pay a deposit and finance the remaining cost of your Holiday Home.
