Booking Terms
Deposits required: 7 day break: £100; 3 and 4 day breaks: £75.
A booking once accepted is a legal commitment. We are contracted to provide you with the apartment and you are contracted to pay the full amount by the due date.
We recommend that you take out a cancellation insurance policy. These policies are much cheaper than travel insurance as you are only insuring yourself in case you have to cancel your holiday.
All deposits are non-refundable. If the balance has been paid, we will refund the balance payment if we are able to re-let the property for those dates. We may be able to transfer the booking to another date, but this is dependent on a number of factors – please call us.
Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. Full amount to be paid if booked within 8 weeks of the start of your holiday. Please ensure you have your own holiday insurance.
Guests are required to take good care of the property and its contents and leave the apartment clean and tidy on the day of departure and in a similar condition to when they arrived.
Guests are responsible for, and must reimburse the owner, for all damage and breakages. If it is just a glass, mug or the like, we are unlikely to charge, as long as breakages are reported as soon as reasonably practicable, but always before the end of the hire period.
Pets are not permitted in the apartment.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment and a charge of £100 will be made for additional cleaning should smoking be detected during or after a stay.
